7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Big Sky Lead Partners in the three months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, including business strategy, pricing, client lists, and system configurations. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lewis and Clark County, Montana.
